Switching to a digital payslip (green slip)

Description: The annual forum of senior economy leaders of Israel, held by University of Haifa, took place on March 12, 2023. The key lecturer and honorary quest of the meeting was Dr. Avichai Mandelblit, who served as the Attorney General of Israel from 2016 to 2022. Moisture, density-dependent interactions, and tropical tree diversity

Description: The research suggests that moisture availability enhances diversity indirectly through moisture-sensitive, density-dependent conspecific interactions. Pathogens and phytophagous insects mediate interactions among seedlings in tropical forests, and many of these plant enemies are themselves moisture-sensitive. Changes in moisture availability caused by climate change and habitat degradation may alter these interactions and tropical tree diversity.
