Members of the 145th Airlift Wing Emergency Response Team prepare the Mobile Emergency Operations Center (MEOC) for activation in response to Hurricane Dorian, while at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Sept 3, 2019. Hurricane Dorian is a category 2 storm expected to make landfall in North Carolina later in the week, the MEOC provides comprehensive communications via mobile satellite and cellular capabilities that allow first responders to communicate from remote locations.
