Description: The report presents a breakdown of the Gender Equity Unit activity (SDG 5.3.1) for the 2022 academic year. These actions include, among others, the collection, analysis, and sharing of information and data on gender equity related topics; creating patterns of activity related to an egalitarian, fair and diverse organizational culture with regard to gender; providing proactive support for female researchers; conducting mentoring and workshops for faculty members; participating in events and research on issues of equality and gender fairness in academia; and creating local and international collaborations with public bodies inside and outside the university in order to increase awareness of these issues and communicate the achievements of the University of Haifa in this field.
