Description

The university invites the public to visit Mount Carmel Campus, combined with a cable car ride, a fascinating journey for the whole family in the Hecht Museum and new Sculpture Garden, as well as easy and simple routes that overlook the most beautiful landscape in Israel.

The tour can start with the cable car ride, the new tourist attraction of Haifa, which gives its passengers a view of the landscape from angles that no one has seen before (the cable car schedule should be checked separately in advance). At the university station, the last station of the cable car, you can choose two easy routes that circle the campus and provide vantage points for the unique view that can be seen from it: on one side, the blue view of Haifa Bay and northern Israel, and on the other side, the green view of Carmel Park. The routes can be easily found in the WishTrip application and besides the spectacular observation points, you might also find works of art and other points of interest on campus, accompanied by short explanations.

The university provides free access to all significant buildings and monuments or natural heritage landscapes of cultural significance. You can also combine a visit to the Hecht Museum of Archaeology and Art, go up to   a panoramic view on the 30th floor of the Eshkol Tower and visit the Younes and Soraya Library as can be seen in our 3D virtual campus tour.
