Towards the academic year 2024-5, the Interdisciplinary Clinical Center at the University of Haifa announced the establishment of the new unit to operate in its framework – The Sciences of Happiness Unit. The unit’s activities opened with the seminar named “Happiness alongside the reality of war”, which took place on 18 September 2024.

Upcoming activities include:

• Game theory as a powerful tool for a better life – a series of lectures accompanied by movies will be given by Dr. Keren Or Chen, Head of the Interdisciplinary Clinical Center, on Tuesdays once a month, starting 11.2024.
• The voice in the head – the science behind human behavior – a series of lectures will be given by Dr. Liat Yakir, starting 19.11.2024.

New unit’s activities are intended for both the university community and the general public.
