Description: The University checked the salary data of all its employees for 2021, and analyzed the data also by gender factor. So that each and every employee can access online slip website and find his personalized
annual report on the salary disparities in the group of employees to which they belong as far as such exist. The check of salary data was performed on 3 components: salary determined for compensation, gross salary, gross salary + deposits
employer.
