Online birth update form for administrative and senior academic staff

Description: The Human Resources Department has launched a new online birth update form. The form is intended for use by administrative and senior academic staff. After the employee fills out the form, the HR department will update their status in SAP as maternal/paternal leave and will send a gift set for the newborn.
