Description: The university considers it a top priority to ensure a safe and positive working environment for its employees. For this purpose, the Human Resources Division developed a procedure for examining employee complaints about abusive treatment at work. In the protocol drawn for the procedure, a definition is given of the term “abuse”, examples of abusive behavior towards employees are provided, the method of submitting and handling the complaint is explained, and documenting the process is described.
