The Division for Diversity, Inclusion and Community, the Human Resources Division, the Administrative Staff Organization Committee and the Academic Staff Organization Committee at the university of Haifa are working in collaboration with the aChord Center, to create the  training program for diversity ambassadors from the ranks of the university’s academic and administrative staff. They will form an active leadership group to promote optimal relations between groups on Haifa campus. The goal is to create an active community, diverse in terms of age, gender, religion, sect and origin, which will broaden its horizons and enrich itself, and at a later stage the entire campus, with multifaceted and multicultural activities.The program includes 8 training sessions lasting an hour and a half each on campus. A full-day intensive seminar on campus. A study tour in Umm al-Fahm under the guidance of the Jewish-Arab Peace Center Givat Haviva.
