The exhibition unfolds before the public a selection of works created by Batia Shani in recent decades, all of them handmade with embroidery and sewing on the substrate of used clothes, upholstery fabrics, old tablecloths and scraps of fabric. Shani draws from her personal biography and from various sources as inspiration for the themes of the embroideries and their content, combining images, texts, symbols and shapes.
