A historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed this year between Younes & Soraya Nazarian Library at the University of Haifa and National Library & Archives of The United Arab Emirates. The cooperation agreement paved the way for an exchange of collections, research, cultural events, conferences, and training. We believe the new relationship will contribute to the accessibility of new materials, the development of ideas and knowledge related to the Middle East, and foster connection.

The remarkable event took place at the Library’s main entrance hall, hosting important foreign guests, university authorities and administration, library director and staff.
