An exhibition of graduation projects of the course “Photo-voice“, taught at the University of Haifa, is a result of a collaboration between the Rector’s Office and the Dean of Students. The exhibition was held at the entrance hall of the Younes and Soraya Nazarian Library, University of Haifa, since March 16, 2023. During the “Photo-voice” course, male and female students from various departments have formed a discussion and joint work group. The exhibits embody the work in a group, starting with bringing up ideas and topics for discussion, through training and learning about photo-voice and photography, to taking photographs on campus, outdoors and at home, under the guidance of the social worker Rana Samaan Jubran. Each project is steeped in the personal experiences of its creator, through which the group members learn about the differences and similarities between them.
