Description: The university’s policy on pay scale equity is based on the Equal Pay Law, which requires it to send data on the salaries of faculty and staff to the treasury, where the data is analyzed and corrected if necessary – see section 6. p. 422. Processing and transmission of employees salary data are done in a way that minimizes privacy and security risks.
