Description: The purpose of this procedure is to determine to whom and under what circumstances the University will present gifts, the types of gifts, the parties authorized to approve their purchase, the manner of registration, reporting and monitoring of their purchase. The instructions set forth in the procedure apply to the receipt of gifts and benefits by any of the university’s employees.
