On June 13, 2023, the seminar and the opening of an exhibition ” Between Mount Carmel and the Sea – Bird collection from the Shimon Angers Nature Room, Kibbutz Ma’ayan Zvi” was held at the University of Haifa. The event included a series of lectures describing the history of the collection, bird species, and 50 years of ornithology in Israel. Later the audience was invited to the opening of an exhibition in the windows of the library, presenting impressive collection of various bird species. Exciting moments from the opening event were recorded and posted on the library social networks.
